Will it sound like me?

Caplyn reads your website before it writes anything. It picks up the words you already use — how you name your product, how you describe your customer, how formal you are.

You get 9 variants per brief, so you are choosing from a range instead of accepting one guess. Pick the closest one, edit the line that is off, and Caplyn keeps that direction for the next batch.

How does Caplyn learn my voice?

From your URL first: page copy, product names, tone. After that, from your edits and your saved brand profile — tone, audience and the phrases you want kept or avoided.

Can it write in other languages?

Yes — 99+ languages. The brand voice carries across, so a Spanish caption reads like your brand in Spanish rather than a translation of an English caption.

Can I edit before anything goes out?

Always. Nothing publishes on its own unless you queue it. Every variant is editable, and scheduled posts can be rescheduled or cancelled before they ship.

Can a client sign off without a login?

Yes. You can send a private approval link. The client reads the queue, approves or asks for a change, and never needs an account.

Where can Caplyn publish?

Facebook and Instagram scheduling is built in — one calendar for both channels. You can also copy any variant out to wherever else you post.

How do credits work?

Each brief spends credits and returns 9 variants. Starter includes 150 credits a month, Scale 600, Agency 2,000. Every new account starts with 30 free credits.

Credits roll over and don't expire. If you need more in a busy month, one-time packs are available: 100 credits for $15, 500 for $60, 2,000 for $200.

Is there a cheap way to try it properly?

Two. The free snapshot needs no account at all — paste a URL and read the output. And Starter's first week is $5, then $24/month.

What happens if I cancel?

You cancel any time, from billing, yourself. No setup fees and no cancellation call. Your plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for, and the content you generated stays yours.

Is annual billing cheaper?

Yes — annual billing is 22% less than paying monthly, on every plan.

What do you do with my website and my content?

Your URL is read to build your brand profile. Your briefs, variants and scheduled posts are stored in your workspace so you can reuse and edit them.

Publishing tokens for Facebook and Instagram are stored server-side and are only used to post what you queued.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Disconnect a channel to remove its token, or ask us to delete the account and its content. See the Privacy page for the full detail.
