What is a credit?

One generation batch spends credits based on the channel: 3 for a paid ad set, 2 for social captions, 3 for an email. Each batch returns three variants.

Do unused credits roll over?

Yes. Unused credits roll over and stay in your account — your monthly plan credits are added on top of whatever is left, and credits from top-up packs never expire either.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Is posting to Facebook and Instagram included?

Scheduling is included on every plan. Live publishing runs through Meta's official APIs once your accounts are connected and approved.
